The enev-kit e1 is a compact and intelligent system for the automatic ventilation and smoke extraction of elevator shafts, specifically designed for medium-height buildings. It is ideally suited for residential buildings, administrative buildings, and smaller commercial properties with a shaft height of up to 24 meters.
The system controls air exchange, thereby permanently preventing heat loss through open shafts – a particularly important feature during the colder months. In the event of a fire, the enev-kit e1 automatically opens the smoke extraction flap and activates both acoustic and visual warning signals to ensure safe smoke extraction.
Thanks to its intelligent control system, the enev-kit e1 not only meets the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV/GEG) and fire protection regulations, but also enables a significant reduction in energy costs and CO₂ emissions.
